Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Some items may be marked as not eligible for return.

To start a return, go to your order in "My Orders" and select "Request a return." Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If you redeemed reward points on an order that is later returned, the portion of points used toward the returned item will be credited back to your rewards balance.
